Who Are We?

 

CORDUSA (Chinmaya Organization for Rehabilitation & Development by Undertaking Sustainable Activities) is a secular, non-profit that aims to help communities create a sustainable program to aid in their holistic welfare. CORDUSA serves humanity regardless of race, religion, color, gender, or nationality. We strive to facilitate integrated, sustainable social help programs in local communities and in the Indian subcontinent through processes of self-empowerment and enrichment.

 

We believe in fostering a bond of love and understanding, promoting a process of sharing that enriches both the giver and the receiver. Our esteemed partner, CORD (Chinmaya Organization for Rural Development) in India and Sri Lanka, has been making a transformative impact, one life at a time, for over three decades.

 

CORDUSA Seattle is a chapter of CORDUSA. Through our flagship program “AHIMSA CLUB”, we strive to nurture youth leadership in service, sustainability, and social responsibility, rooted in the universal value of ahimsa — non-violence, empathy, and care for all.
